Organizer(s): HCC may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 8 travelers or due to external factors which are beyond our control, such as political situations, natural hazards, cancellation of public transports, etc.,

The organizers will inform you about alternate events. You can choose to switch to any other event for which seats are available or choose to cancel in this case, the full amount will be refunded

*No refund will be provided. *Last-minute cancellations due to work, health issues, etc. would not be entertained and no refund or transfer shall be allowed for the same *No postponing your ticket to future events and no refund within 48 hours of the event start time *For all the above choices, you can transfer your tickets to your friends.
